ABOUT
The idea for Hardies began in the spring of 2020 when the brand's founder Henry found himself struggling to replace some shorts. Dissatisfied with what was available at the time, he decided to produce his own.
With no previous experience in the clothing industry, creating the right pair of shorts took a while. Nevertheless, rather than using an existing design or throwing in the towel altogether, he sampled again and again, until he'd achieved his vision for the perfect pair of shorts.

Our core ethos centres on creating long lasting pieces of classic British clothing.
We believe our brand name represents our commitment to just that: hard-wearing products worn by those populating the coastlines and hillsides of the British Isles.
We are not interested in following fashion trends. Instead, we focus on creating timeless products which are designed to be worn for decades and look better with age.
