REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • You can return your items for a full refund or exchange them up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Items must be returned to us unworn, in perfect condition and neatly folded in their original packaging in order to qualify for a refund/exchange.

  • If you request an exchange for an item which is out of stock, we will notify you of this instance and then will place your exchange on back order which will be fulfilled when the item is restocked.

  • If you wish to exchange for an item at a different price, your item must first be returned, a refund will be issued and a new order placed.

  • We will not charge for posting exchanged items but do not cover return postage costs.

  • We do not accept responsibility for any item lost during return shipping and recommend using a tracked shipping service.

  • Items in a sale are exchangeable for up to 14 days after receiving your order.

  • In the unlikely event that you receive item, please email info.hardies@gmail.com and we will try to sort out the issue as fast as possible.
